Group of fragments of a tilework frieze, of buff-coloured fritware, carved with portions of an inscription in Kufic characters in relief, and covered with a turquoise-blue enamel. Decorated with floriated vertical strokes, outlined in red and with arabesques painted on the sunk ground in the interspaces. Along the top and bottom of the frieze is a wide band decorated with continuous arabesques painted in red and gold.
