Album of designs, comprised of 295 numbered pages, originally half bound in morocco. Most pages inscribed with pencil and pen and ink with notes and weaving instructions. Most numbered with pattern numbers. Most of the designs in the album were prepared for the jacquard weaving of bed covers and other fabrics, for shipping lines and hotels. The designs often incorporate lettering and are titled or initialled after steamship companies or with hotel emblems and logos.
