The quotations on the posters come from a range of sources, mainly interviews with women from
hostels, housing organisations and a wide variety of publications.
Production
The posters in this series are based on an exhibition of photographs entitled 'A Sense of Place' that was held at the National Museum of Film and Photography, Bradford, as part of the Spectrum Women's Photography Festival, 1989.
