At the beginning of the First World War, the last German emporer proclaimed, "For me there are no longer any parties - only Germans." The same cartoon of Kiaser Wilhelm II is featured in a larger scale on poster E.2094-1990, the same arrow image is featured in a larger scale on poster E.3077-1990.
