Yellow card cover sleeve for the 12" long-playing record 'Always Now' recorded by Section 25 for Factory Records. The sleeve is an envelope-like design, which opens out on every side and is sealed by tucking in a flap on the verso. The inside of the cover has a, predominantly grey, marbled paper design (the same as the inner-sleeve).
The front design is black text giving the band name, tracklisting and credits. The back of the sleeve is lettered '45 fact Always now Sect 25' on the top flap and when lifted up reveals the design credits and a Factory Communications logo on the lower flap. Two halves of a round red sticker remain on either side of the flap opening (from when the seal was first broken).
