Historical context
This is an example of the many mass-produced sheets capitalising on the continued importance of films which had been popular as song vehicles since the arrival of sound pictures in the 1920s. Hollywood realised the potential of the new medium and in that first decade bought-up many of the pioneering Tin Pan Alley firms like that of Leo Feist which went to MGM.
