Cardboard cover sleeve for the 12" vinyl record single 'Wise Up! Sucker' recorded by the group Pop Will Eat Itself. A fold-out design to store two vinyl records. The cover design features a large, red five-pointed star, on a pink ground. The star motif is repeated twice on the inside of the cover, on a dark-blue and light-blue ground, and on the reverse of the sleeve, on a purple ground. The reverse also details tracklisting, credits etc. lettered in white on a black band across the top.
