The cover design features: a black and white cityscape; a central motif of a yellow star containing a human eye, radiating blue and red exclamation marks; vertical borders of black and white chevrons, with circular motifs of hand guns; band name and title in yellow text. On the reverse: the 'star with eye' motif repeated in red and blue, tracklisting and recording information in yellow text circling out from the centre.
