Poster depicting an office with crenellated sections like a fortress, lettered 'Ministry' at the top. Rolls of paper are produced in the building and fed through to groups of people on the ramparts who fire them towards the word 'ХОЗРАСЧET' (Calculation?). The text roughly translates as 'Private enterprise...Done without government help/self supporting', and 'The authoritative style demands new targets, though private enterprise goes against the grain. The present commanding style has set new targets but self support has not succeeded...Self Support - Fire!'.
