This change of address card for Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) plays on emotive associations with death (the phrase "Ashes to Ashes" occurs in Christian funeral rites). At the same time it creates a sense of movement and change through the differences in typographic design between the first and last panels.

3-part concertina-fold card, rectangular when open and square when folded, printed in green and red on one side of white card with old and new Ash logo and information about change of corporate id and address.
