Wine pot and lid of porcelain, pear-shaped body with curved spout and handle; dome-shaped lid surmounted by a cone-shaped knob, fitting securely into the wine pot by a tenon. Covered outside with coral-red enamel. Two fruit-shaped reserves on either side of the body, containing Daoist legendary scenes, painted in overglaze enamels in the famille verte palette. The peach contains a male deity holding a ruyi sceptre standing near a deer, the pomegranate with a seated male deity looking at a crane.
