Red, voided velvet with taffeta ground. With stems from which branch of leaves ornamented with a chequer pattern, uniting and forming ogee-shaped compartments enclosing pomegranate designs. At the union of the stems are vases from which branch off floral sprays filling the half compartments at the sides. The design of the missing portions of the textile has been completed in watercolour.
