Basin of fritware, painted in two shades of blue and outlined in black under a clear glaze. The flattened bowl has a slightly constricted neck. A fine double line marks the rim. A reserve-painted zigzag pattern underlines the lower neck above the shoulder, which is painted with overlapping segmented waves. Two spindly dragons against a ground of broadly scrolling leaves. Imitation Chinese square mark in black.
