Paper L (Stamped on the back with the Georgian Excise duty stamp and Paper L.)
Object history
J. G. Crace noted that this paper was not printed, and suggested that an accurate repeat may have been worked out with tracing paper.

It has been attributed to John Sherringham or the Eckhardt brothers.

A printed paper with the same serial letter L after the duty stamp is E.2141-2145-1929.

Another example of the same design is in the Cooper Union Museum, New York.
