Water bottle of soft-paste porcelain, painted in underglaze blue, and with a bulbous body, a long narrow neck and convex swelling below the mouth, and on one side is a Chinese river scene with figures, a bridge, and a boat, and the other has a Chinese boy holding a bird beside a pine tree with two birds flying above, and round the top of the neck is a border of panelled floral and diaper ornament.
