Child's sprung rocking chair of turned, stained and varnished wood. The chair is a spindle armchair, the back and seat each containing an inset panel upholstered in a cut moquette with patterns of birds and stylized foliage in pink and olive green on a dark blue ground. The seat is set on a pair of springs mounted on a curved wooden base with splayed feet for stability.
