Teapot and lid, porcelain with green glaze, China, Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (1662-1722)
Physical description
Porcelain teapot and lid, in the form of a bundle of bamboo canes, with loop handle and spout. Flat lobed lid with a bamboo spray applied in relief as the knob. It is covered with green glaze; slight traces of gilding remain. The base is flat and unglazed.
