Object history
The verses read: The foreigners are about to / conclude agreements / But let the foreign alphabet be no disgrace to us. / Holding an agreement with Italy in our hands / There wouldn't be much point in reading / it out to them in Russian. / But we will not tire / till we have chewed [worked] through all foreign alphabets. / Glorifying the Moscow Food Industry / with our rich knowledge / We shall them rush to export / and catch up with our diplomats. This may have been a wrapper for biscuits fashioned in shapes of the Latin alphabet. The impression may have been a printer's proof.
