The front shows a close-up, black and white, photographic image of half a man's face; the band name and album title are lettered over the image. The back of the sleeve shows a similar image, slightly closer to and with the man's eye closed; it is lettered with the band name, tracklisting, 4AD logo and catalogue number 'DAD 609'.
