Cardboard cover sleeve for the 12" vinyl record EP 'The Spangle Maker' recorded by the Cocteau Twins for 4AD. Both sides of the cover have a maroon, combed marble paper design. In the centre of the front is a photographic image (framed with a gold band) of a girl looking into a glass ball. On the back of the cover, the band name, title, tracklisting, publishing and design details etc. are lettered in maroon within a gold 'plaque'.
