Object history | One of a pair with 414:227-1885 (Sch. I 67) The pair was purchased by Lady Charlotte Schreiber from Saunders' sale, Christie's, for £18 in May 1875. Acquired as Chelsea porcelain. The pair was copied from parrots made at the Meissen factory and first modelled by J.J. Kändler in 1741. |
