This is a bronze medal made in the 19th century, in England, and signed "Pinches, London." The obverse of this medal represents a profile head of Victor Emmanuel. The reverse shows a wreath with the shields of England, France, Sardinia, and Turkey, and the words "To commemorate the visit of his Majesty to England, November 30th, 1855."
