White linen robe embroidered in coloured silks, traditionally worn by a bride for her marriage, or for other festive occasions. The robe widens towards the hem and has wide pendant triangular sleeves; the embroidery is on the chest, upper edge of the sleeves, and part of the lower edge of the robe in back. The design is worked in two pairs of stripes on either side of the robe from the waist downwards. The chest pattern is of a square outlined with repeating 'Ayn Kbeerah (wide open eye) motifs, and contains various floral designs and a pointed band comprised of geometric stepped patterns.
