Armchair, carved and turned walnut with caned seat and back. Rectangular splat with carved and pierced frame, flanked by two twist-turned uprights. The cresting carved with a scallop shell. The arms carved with acanthus and terminating in volutes. Twist-turned legs, arm-supports and rear stretcher, the front stretcher carved with acanthus in low relief.
