A sepia coloured photograph four women, three are seated and one is standing. They all wear jackets and skirts with no decoration other than a brooch at the throat and buttons on the front of the jacket. The woman on the left wears her hair down and a ribboned bow, the others wear their hair up. The woman on the far right holds a small basket of flowers in her lap, the woman to her left has her hand placed on her shoulder. In the foreground are flowers and in the background a painted tree.
