Flat oval silver pendant with two pairs of leaves holding an openwork frame with two lapis cabochons at the top and an oval dark blue-green stone cabochon at the bottom in a closed beaded setting. The pendant is attached to a chain of figure-of-eight links, each consisting of an oval and round loop, with a ring and bar fastening.
