This is silvered electrotype medal made in the 19th century, in England. The obverse of this medal represents a crown and a horn, with the number 43, and the inscription "Presented by the officers of Regt to Private Henry Wharton, 43 Light Infantry, for good conduct and long service." The reverse shows the inscription "Served in seven campaigns in Spain and France-was one of the storming party at the assault and capture of Badajos." This medal has a ring and ribbon.
