Object history
Cocema normally make very high production runs of undecorated porcelain bowls and dishes, particularly for the Ramadan festival, in which no dish may be used more than once. These standard shapes were adopted unaltered by Maryse Boxer (herself Moroccan) and the factory persuaded to undertake her printed and painted designs.
