Physical description
A ceramic kovsh by the Imperial Stroganov school with slightly raised spout, on circular foot chased with coil design at intervals. The glazed earthenware body is mounted with cabochon garnets within beaded borders, reeded rim, pierced upswept handle and mounted with flower-heads in shaped cells.
