Bone china cup, truncated cone in shape, with body flares out from a narrow, circular base to a wide rim. The body is stepped in three places. It has an angular handle. The foot-ring is painted in blue, the handle, mottled blue and each step is delineated by a thin, yellow line. The rim is outlined in blue. The interior is white on which are bunches of tulips with green, printed outlines and leaves over-painted by hand in pink, yellow, blue and green.
