Worn by Freda Sylvia Benoly (d.1952) on her marriage to Vivian Alan S. Vokes (1908-1980) at St Matthews Parish Church, Bethnal Green, September 29 1934. Freda Benoly acted as Lady Mayoress to her sister, Lydia Dorothea Benoly (1887-1969), Mayor of Bethnal Green from 1933-34.
