An evening top, made from a black synthetic imitation chiffon fabric with iridescent diamanté stones applied (probaby glued) to the fabric in a pattern of abstract roses. Cut with a low scooped neck, fluted sleeves flaring to wrist, the bodice narrow across the shoulders but flaring to the hip-level hem. The sleeves have small shoulder-pads at the sleeve-heads and there is a flesh coloured sheer fabric interface around the neckline.
