Physical description | A seated boy on a throne, wearing a costume redolent of classical antiquity, holding a scroll in his outstretched right hand. In his left hand he holds a garland of flowers. A vase of two flowers is carved in low relief on each side of the throne, the one on the left half-hidden by the boy's drapery. His mouth is open as if he is speaking. |
