Evening dress of navy tulle with a fitted decollete bodice and shoulder straps crossing at the back. The skirt is flared and trimmed with bands of sequins held in relief by braids of wool beneath each one. The underdress is of navy satin, fitted and cut on the cross.
The dress fastens at the centre back with hooks and eyes.

Physical description
