The Porsche logo is prominently displayed on the front of the sunglasses, which emphasises their association with the cars. "SPORT" SUNGLASSES Porsche Design by Carrera, Austria 1990 Ferdinand Porsche designed the distinctive shape of the Porsche 911 sports car, and the notoriety of his name attracted the Carrera firm to produce his designs for eyewear. It is the association with the sports car, including its high price and sense of luxury, that the consumer buys when purchasing these glasses - hence the prominent display of the Porsche logo on the lens T.220 to a-1990(1990)
