This table, two corner cupboards, Circ. 49 and Circ. 50-1960, and an overmantel, Circ. 51-1960, were given to the Museum by Michael Waterhouse, grandson of the architect, Alfred Waterhouse. The table is thought to have been designed by Alfred Waterhouse for his home, Yattendon Court.
