Object history | One of a pair of candlesticks with 414:255/&A-1885 (Sch. I 222&A); on this, however, see below. One candlestick was purchased by Lady Charlotte Schreiber from Johnson, London, for £7 10 shillings in October 1867 and the other from Redfern, Warwick, for £5 also in October 1867; the nozzles (which are of Bow porcelain, were bought from Willson, London, for £1 15 shillings in January 1882. Acquired as Chelsea porcelain. |
