Figure group, 'Three Graces distressing Cupid', of soft-paste porcelain. In the middle stands Cupid on a rocky eminence tied to a tree with a cord round his waist. At his feet one of the Graces is kneeling on the ground in the act of breaking his bow across her right knee, the quiver lies near her. Another has stolen round to the back of the tree and is about to tweak Cupid's right arm. The third on the left stands with her right arm raised to thrown a bunch of flowers at the infant god. The thick irregular base is covered with flowers and leaves.
