Figure group, 'Two virgins awaking Cupid', of soft-paste porcelain. The virgins are standing at the foot of a tree (which is green). The one on the left is clasping the shoulders of the one on the right and both are gazing at Cupid who lies asleep at their feet with his head on his quiver. The virgin on the right stretches out her right arm as if to awaken him. Both virgins are clad in draperies, diapered with flowers and Cupid also wears a drapery. The whole is set upon a thick irregular base strewn with green leaves.
