Bionicle is a line of construction toys created by Lego and launched in 2000. They are posable toys that each have a character, good or evil, which forms part of a science fantasy story. Bionicle was the first Lego product to have an in-house story developed for it, in fact the story has been engineered so that it will last for some years into the future. This figure is Tahnok-Kal. In the Bionicle story, it is a mechanical, beetle-like creature who is neutral.
