The youth wears a blue cap and orange tunic with yellow sleeves. The bust is in a medallion enclosed by several concentric mouldings in relief. The space between these and the narrow rim is decorated with compartmentalised designs of acanthus leaf, scale-pattern, cornucopias and foliage. The rim is enriched by a wreath of conventional buds on an orange ground. On the back are groups of blue concentric circles.

Physical description
The youth wears a blue cap and orange tunic with yellow sleeves. The bust is in a medallion enclosed by several concentric mouldings in relief. In central medallion is a long-haired youth with cup (?) and inscription: CESARO.
Moulded profiles around central rim. Possibly this was a basin.
On the back groups of concentric circles in blue.
