In 2019, Black people in the UK were ten times more likely to be stopped and searched by police than white people. Y-Stop is a credit card-sized printout and an app designed and made by and for young people. The project aims to inform their interactions with the police and to provide tools for advice, empowerment, and the reporting of illegal or inappropriate police behaviour.
