Bethany Williams is an award-winning fashion designer. Passionate about sustainability, her collections reflect her continued commitment to the environment, local communities and craftsmanship. The mother and child outfits from Williams’s All Our Children collection and the related project material were acquired to explore the whole design process for Young V&A's Design gallery.
This collection was inspired by and supports The Magpie Project, a charity for homeless families in Newham. Bethany and artist Melissa Jarram worked with families from The Magpie Project to create the artwork featured in this collection. All Our Children is an example of a creative and commercially successful collaboration in which children were the co-creator, client and benefactor
