Micromosaic portrait of a cardinal, Rome, 1825-1830.
Physical description
Large, oval, bust-length, full-face portrait of a cardinal with short grey hair wearing a red cap and a black buttoned gown with a white collar. The tesserae are of large size and surrounded by a square gilt frame.
