Printed book, 84 pages. Illustrated throughout with three-colour-process illustrations. Three-colour-process pictorial endpapers with one double-page design occurring twice (front and back). Decorative blue cloth case binding. Upper cover with gold-blocked frame of single rule in which title and author blocked in gold and paper onlay set in decorative gold-blocked frame. Title blocked in gold on spine. All edges gilt. With two transparent glassine paper dust jackets advertising new books in 1904 (possibly not contemporary with book).
