Noel Myles creates composite landscape photographs by carefully contact printing dozens of 35 mm negatives directly onto the print surface. Through them, he recreates a memory of a place and time. This photograph was printed by the Curwen Studio using their contone process. This process is related to photogravure as a method for producing a print from photographic negatives.
