Object history
Written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter and sent to Nancy Nicholson, her niece by marriage. Given to the Museum by Nancy Nicholson in 1997 as part of a gift of correspondence between Beatrix Potter and Nancy Nicholson and her mother, Grace Nicholson (the sister of Beatrix Potter's husband, William Heelis).
