Circular dinner plate of earthenware, with a sloping rim and a depressed circular centre, and the rim and centre is decorated with hand painted bands in two shades of green, and these bands are slightly curved around a further band of pink, and on the concave edge of each band is a brown trefoil shape, and the rim is further decorated with grey brush strokes between the main decoration, and all is painted over a white glazed ground.
