Donated by Anne Renier and F.G. Renier. Presentation bookplate on upper pastedown from Portsmouth Education Committee. Book presented as a reward for 'good attendance, conduct and progress in school work' to Elsie Hillier in 1909. Bookplate on upper pastedown reads: "From the Library of Anne Renier and F.G. Renier." Initialled in ink "AR" (ie. Anne Renier) on lower flyleaf.
