Originally in grey paper-covered boards; rebound in full limp vellum with ties, thought to be commissioned by F.S. Ellis, the publisher. Illustrated with 30 floral decorations in watercolour, probably by Beatrice Pagden (1861-1926) a niece of F.S. Ellis. |
